Constitution Alive! A Citizen's Guide to the Constitution
Join David Barton and Rick Green, Constitutional experts and advocates for the original intent of our founding documents, teach a one-of-a-kind course on the meaning and purpose of the Constitution! You'll learn article-by-article through the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, about executive orders, recess appointments, the Electoral College, the powers of Congress, the President, the judicial system, freedom of religion, and much more. Shot on location in the amazing WallBuilders library of original documents and in Independence Hall, celebrating the 225th anniversary of the Constitution!
This 11-week class (one 2-hour session per week) is open for all ages between 10 and 100. There’s no charge for the course; however, a $20 workbook can be purchased at the first session. This highly recommended workbook contains lesson plans, homework assignments, the Constitution with its Amendments in original text and the Constitution Made Easy text, plus the Declaration of Independence. Each person is encouraged to have a workbook in order to get the most out of the class. Each session includes about 1 hour of video and 1 hour of discussion.
