If you are unable to walk with us but would still like to participate, candy donations are appreciated. Donations can be dropped off at the Victory Center located at 121 2nd Street in downtown Hudson Tuesday-Saturday between 12-4 PM. Thank you for your participation!

  • Lineup is West of Dairy Queen and begins at NOON, on Sunday July 12th. The parade begins at 1pm.  This is an hour later than previous years!!!!!!!!
  • The parade runs from Dairy Queen on city’s north side traveling south on Knowles Ave to 6th street where you will turn left and proceed for several blocks before you disassemble your unit. Bands will continue straight down the hill to the Syntegon parking lot on which is located on the right. The parade route will last around 15 minutes and the entire parade lasts around 90 minutes.
  • If you are coming from the north, we encourage you to turn on N Fourth St. If you are coming from the South, you can turn on High St. Volunteers in High-Visibility vests will help direct you to your number in the lineup. (Small orange cones with numbers on them).
  • Handing out candy and blasting music are encouraged. Please stay two car lengths behind the unit in front of you. We sometimes get long gaps, and we want to avoid that. Pay attention to the unit in front of you and keep up with them.
  • Do not throw candy from your vehicle. Have walkers hand it out.
  • Alcohol is not allowed on any unit during the parade.  You will be removed from the parade (police wanted us to alert you).
