If you are unable to walk with us but would still like to participate, candy donations are appreciated. Donations can be dropped off at the Victory Center located at 121 2nd Street in downtown Hudson Tuesday-Saturday between 12-4 PM. Thank you for your participation!

LINEUP INFORMATION:
- LineUp: Begins at 4:30PM
- Street closures will occur at 5:00PM
- Location: Enter via Quarry Road; turn onto Benson
- Unit Number: #43
CHECK IN INSTRUCTIONS
- Line up begins at 4:30PM.
- All units must be checked in by 5:45PM.
- Street closures will occur at 5:00PM.
- The parade will start promptly at 6:00pm.
- Please enter via Quarry Road; turn onto Benson. (check out the map below!)
- You must check in to get your current lineup number the day of the event. Please Lineup behind your number - click here for the lineup.
- The #’s provided on the map are estimated locations and are subject to change based on spacing required for units.
- Safety: You are required to walk along the curb to distribute candy or promotional materials. Throwing items is not permitted.
- Drivers - Please exercise caution while driving the parade route.

PARADE REMINDERS & DETAILS
1. Waivers: All participants must complete the parade waiver prior to the event if possible. All participants under the age of 18 must have a guardian complete the waiver. Complete the parade waiver online by clicking here, OR Download the parade waiver here.
2. 30ft allotted per registered unit.
3. Parade Route: Review the Parade Map Here! Enter Staging & Lineup from Quarry Road.
4. Theme: Kinni in Bloom - A vibrant celebration of River Falls' natural beauty (and flowers!). Celebrate the love for nature and community connection. You are not required to utilize the theme but are encouraged!
Parade Awards: Best Use of Theme, Best Visiting Royalty, Best Music Unit, Judges’ Choice Award
5. Safety: You are required to walk along the curb to distribute candy or promotional materials. Throwing items is not permitted. Organizations who do not comply will be disqualified from participating in future parades. This requirement is for the safety of all participants.
6. Parade Lineup: The lineup list will be available the first week of July. It will be listed on the festival website.
7. Day of: Line up begins at 4:30PM. All units must be checked in by 5:45PM. The parade will start promptly at 6:00pm.
